A few months ago, I published a free crochet pattern for an 18″ doll circle vest that has been wildly popular. For props for that photo shoot, I whipped up a quick upcycled outfit of t-shirt and leggings for an 18″ doll. I’ve finally gotten around to drafting the pattern and writing the instructions! This is an extremely easy and quick 18″ doll free sewing pattern that is perfect even for beginning sewers or those just dipping their toes into upcycling waters.

My free 18″ doll sewing pattern does not have any fasteners and uses the existing seams of your upcycled items to save even more time and effort. This pattern is designed to create a simple outfit that can be easily customized with embellishments like iron-ons, buttons, ribbon, rick rack… You imagination is your only limitation! The pants pattern also shows where to cut to make 18″ doll shorts instead of the leggings version.

Since you need to print the pattern, you’ll have to download the PDF from my Member Download Area. To get the pattern, become a member. It’s easy and free!
